The Video For “A Singularity” Is Available From The Puscifer New album

A video for A Singularity (Re-Imagined by Carina Round), edited and shot by Maynard James Keenan, was released this morning. His band Puscifer initially released the heart-breaking song, A Singularity, on their 2020 album Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired. This a tribute to the well-known and beloved dog of Maynard James Keenan: Miho, who sadly passed away in Oct 2021 after a long two-year battle with pancreatitis and kidney disease. This project speaks volumes about Keenan’s love for his furry companion and is a fitting recognition for her. A beautiful way to remember such a unique being.

Puscifer started somewhere in the Arizona desert and has since become an electro-rock band, multimedia experience, traveling circus, and alien abduction survivor story. Led by Carina Round, Mat Mitchell, and Maynard James Keenan, Puscifer’s ever-evolving ecosystem includes Greg Edwards, Gunnar Olsen, and many other characters. Puscifer’s sound was first introduced to audiences through a 1995 episode of the HBO show Mr. Show with Bob and David. Over the years, Puscifer has gained recognition from media outlets like Entertainment Weekly, which called them “exceptionally groovy,” while Revolver declared them “indescribable.” Their immersive live show offers fans a one-of-a-kind experience as they traverse grungy American southwest deserts and sweaty-ringed arenas with Puscifer luchadores. In addition, Puscifer has taken stages at festivals such as Coachella and Bonnaroo with four full-length albums, offering a captivating night of motorsport metal mayhem!
