SXSW: Trent Reznor, St. Vincent Added As Keynotes

SXSW, the mega conference festival that we look forward to every year has just taken it up a notch with Trent Reznor & St. Vincent

Today’s announcement of the keynote lineup is Oscar, Golden Globe and Grammy Award-winning composers Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. These two comprise Nine Inch Nails, who is being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame this Spring. They will be joining Emmy Award-winning Executive Producer Damon Lindelof to discuss their collaboration on the HBO series Watchmen.

As if that wasn’t mind-blowing enough, SXSW brought another huge announcement. A conversation with Grammy Award-winning musician St. Vincent a/k/a Annie Clark, director Carrie Brownstein, actress Janelle Monáe and director of the Golden Globe-nominated film The Farewell Lulu Wang.

Joining Roger Waters, a founding member of Pink Floyd is Academy Award-winning filmmaker Michael Moore. SM Entertainment founder Soo-Man Lee will be having a talk with Capitol Music Group COO Michelle Jubelirer

As we all know, the cannabis industry is booming all over the nation. This year SXSW has a pretty strong emphasis on the industry. Executive Director of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation Cat Packer will be joining Cannabis Doing Good and kindColorado president and founder Kelly Perez

New artists are joining the Music Festival lineup every week. Recent additions include acclaimed country singer-songwriter Margo Price (who will also be speaking at the Conference), Houston rapper KenTheMan, New Zealand pop outfit Yumi Zouma, and Tanzanian bongo flava recording artist Diamond PlatnumzCatch up now!
