I am a music enthusiast with a deep love for the energy of crowded venues, loud music, & passionate fans. I have a diverse background that includes private security, talent buying, festival security planning, & media relations. I've also worked as a camera operator for various projects, including music videos featuring notable artists like Bernz, Tech N9ne, & Krizz Kaliko. Additionally, I am a camera operator for Full Moon Features, where I contribute to the production of horror movies.

It is official — Slipknot has, officially and intentionally, decided to reveal the true identity of the Chris Fehn pseudonym “Tortilla Man.” Yes, all suspicions and accidental leaks have been confirmed — Michael Pfaff is Tortilla Man.

And how do we know that it’s really Michael Pfaff? Well, Slipknot finally revealed it, as the percussionist is seen holding a piece of paper with online event information at the top are the four most beautiful words any Maggot could here or listen to: I am Michael Pfaff.

From now on, we will not have to spend hours looking for photos and videos of Slipknot masked in an airport to verify their physical and facial features. No single account will now be at risk from internet-circulated rumors about the true identity of the band’s legendary comedian and voice actor Gilbert Gottfried and Slipknot percussionist. The band is not going to accidentally list a specific band member’s face cover as a “Pfaff Neck Gaiter Face Cover” as it did in the summer of 2020 in an online shop description.

Pfaff and Slipknot’s connection extends as far as 2019, in the wake of the rhythm guitarist’s participation at its maximum in the alternative rock group Dirty Little Rabbits. In the mid-2000s, Sid Wilson introduced Clown to Pfaff, who then joined each other to form a rock band called Dirty Little Rabbits.

The Tortilla Man, despite whatever name he may choose to go by for the moment, will be able to leave his mark on the Knot legacy with a new Slipknot album expected to arrive this year. His presence, meanwhile, will range from the occasional speeding vehicle to possibly inciting a riot at one of several shows on the Knotfest Roadshow tour.
