The Jason Silver Story & The Creation of the Foundation

Timothy Paden, better known as Jason Silver, was a nearly 20-year veteran of the Professional Wrestling industry. Having been diagnosed with Epilepsy as a child, he did not let that hold him back. His art transcended wrestling and could be seen graphicly or on paper. Tragically he lost his life to Epilepsy on February 23rd, 2023. His nephew Shawn Monk also was diagnosed with Epilepsy at age 8. Like his uncle, he has never let a disability define his abilities. Believing that Jason Silver’s story is not finished yet, Shawn founded the ‘Jason Silver Epilepsy Awareness Foundation‘ to teach kids and adults alike that a disability does not mean you have an inability.
