Lo Key (Mission: Infect) Announces Double Feature Release For August 2022!

I am a music enthusiast with a deep love for the energy of crowded venues, loud music, & passionate fans. I have a diverse background that includes private security, talent buying, festival security planning, & media relations. I've also worked as a camera operator for various projects, including music videos featuring notable artists like Bernz, Tech N9ne, & Krizz Kaliko. Additionally, I am a camera operator for Full Moon Features, where I contribute to the production of horror movies.
The masked horror rock/hip-hop hybrid emcee known as Lo Key (Mission: Infect) has announced a double feature release for Friday, August 26th, 2022! It’s titled ‘Portraits of Horror’! And renowned underground hip-hop producer SEVEN will be producing the ‘Portraits of Horror ‘singles from front to back! It’ll coincide with Loke Records recording artist BatiBatt dropping her own singles too, as each ‘Portraits of Horror’ single unleashed will drop every three weeks until the full LP is out sometime this year.
“NEW ALBUM ANNOUNCEMENT! My upcoming project “Portraits of Horror” is finished. I’ve been working on it for over a year and it’s finally ready to be experienced! This album is very much my magnum opus of horrorcore, and is heavily laced with intricate storytelling and twists on current day topics. I’m gonna be honest – it goes to some dark and honest places that haven’t been touched on in my music, ever. We’ve created a unique and original vibe, while staying true to that traditional Lo Key sound. It’s still in “the box” of underground rap, but it pushes in every direction to the very fucking edges of what’s possible with that sound. I’ve been working extremely closely with SEVEN who fully produced this record front to back – and I put these tracks up there with the songs he produced for Tech N9ne’s K.O.D. and Twiztid’s Abominationz. That’s a shoot. This shit is next level. Each song will be released as a single, and feature hand drawn artwork + Deluxe T-Shirts of each design. These singles will drop every 3 weeks until the entire album is out, then the full project will drop on Deluxe CD and Vinyl with a full booklet of all of the artwork. ALSO!! These singles will be DOUBLE FEATURE releases with BatiBatt’s new singles / shirts! Her new shit is AMAZINGLY DOPE. If you weren’t a fan of the heavy / screaming style of the first album, give this one a shot. It’s a complete 180 and I’m hella proud of her progress. This is definitely a “level up” record for her! Our first singles “Burn The Witch” and “All That Awaits You” will be dropping August 26th on all major platforms, as well as the new Deluxe T-Shirts that will be offered in both long and short sleeve.”
