Look no further than her killer drum cover of “Unsainted”, which she says pays tribute to the man himself. In her own words, “I wanted to put my own flavor on it, but also stay true to the original and honor Jay’s incredible playing.” And what a job she did. Not only is Maren able to accurately recreate each part of the song with technical proficiency, but she also brings her own unique groove and energy to the performance that’s truly her own.
